After my car broke down, I went there in the morning for breakfast and to charge my phone. A very nice woman with brown hair from Ukraine helped me a lot with her kind and helpful manner and gave me a great tip about the Schneider family's garage across the street. 5 stars!

Small pump, trucks can only be refueled from one side. There is no parking for trucks. Just refuel and leave. Free coffee for 450 liters of diesel.

I've been to that Shell station several times before. I actually wanted to avoid it because Ms. Yilmaz was very unfriendly to me. But today I had no choice and went there again. I was completely proven wrong! It seems they have other nice employees there too. The employee this evening was super friendly and helpful. We need more people like that! Great service, thank you!

A very large gas station right next to the Neuenstadt motorway exit has countless pumps. The shop offers a wide selection of baked goods, snacks, drinks, cigarettes, etc. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The restrooms were also very clean and pleasant. The gas station is decorated with beautiful plants at the pumps.

I fill up here almost every weekend and everyone has always been normal and friendly. Many thanks to the kind employee who removed a brown spider from my car yesterday. That's not something you can take for granted and it saved my trip! :)

A few days ago, I went shopping at this gas station. I don't usually like going there because Ms. Yilmaz is very unfriendly and slow. When I saw her, I thought it would take forever again because she didn't seem to know how to do her job. Then she got her colleague, Ms. Vogt, who helped her. Ms. Vogt was by far the nicest employee I've ever met. She said hello, thank you, please, and a friendly goodbye. Someone should teach the other woman some of those things. From now on, I'll be shopping there more often.
